AmLife Insurance Berhad (AmLife), previously known as AmAssurance Berhad, is a strong partnership between AmBank Group and Friends Life, a UK life and pensions company.

BACKGROUND OF ENGAGEMENT

We were engaged to assist AmAssurance Berhad (AmA) in the Life Insurance System Evaluation Project. AmA needed a team of business analysts to work closely with their team to validate the system evaluation process

SCOPE & VALUE DELIVERED

Scope of work:

  • Facilitate AmA to develop Conference Room Pilot (CRP) script
  • Work with AmA to develop CRP Strategy document
  • Work with AmA functional team to develop CRP Evaluation Criteria, Weightages and Scoring
  • Provide business analysts to work closely with the AmA team for the functional requirements, vendor presentations and conference room pilot (demo) session to evaluate the suitability/ degree of fit to AmA requirements
  • Work with AmA and vendor to identify & analyse gaps, prioritization of gaps, identify acceptable workarounds and impacts for the respective functional area, effort estimation and to derive high level implementation plan
  • Work with AmA to refine site visit documentation
